Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time and do not bring additional guests. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee and services may need to be modified or shortened. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Fees may be waived at the discretion of Flare Nail Studio.
